How We Verify Deals

We publish a small selection of product deals after a manual check. Our aim is to explain meaningful value, not repeat a retailer’s crossed-out price.

Our check

  1. Find a candidate. We review retailer listings, deal communities, and price-tracking sources.
  2. Match the exact product. Model, size, condition, bundle, seller, and shipping terms matter. Similar-looking products are not reliable price comparisons.
  3. Check price context. Where available, we review recent price history and compare the same product at other Canadian retailers. We distinguish a retailer-specific bargain from a sale offered widely.
  4. Confirm the offer. We check the retailer’s live product page for current price, availability, region, membership or coupon conditions, and other material limits.
  5. Make an editorial call. We publish only when the evidence supports a useful deal. We reject weak reference prices, mismatched products, local or uncertain availability, and unclear terms.

Each deal article should state what was checked and when. Pricing and stock can change quickly, so always confirm the final price and terms with the retailer before buying. We do not guarantee that any offer will remain available.
